Goal was to acquire both units with out getting into a bidding war on either. We were able to successfully complete transaction below our set bid limits.

Consulted our client in the Bidding of both units at 'Marketing Auction.'

Final Product

Gut renovation and combination of both units to make 3100 sq. ft of interior space and 1200 sq. ft of exterior terrace space.
