Description: Bryan T Rich was the former Vice Chairman of Sunbelt Rentals Inc from September 2006 until August 2007, and Co-Chairman and Executive Director of NationsRent Companies, Inc. from June 2003 until September 2006, after leading a buyout of the company, with an investor group, in 2003. Mr. Rich was the majority stockholder and President/CEO of Logan Equipment, Corp., for over 15 years. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Rich has owned, operated and developed numerous commercial businesses, investment properties and residential subdivisions in the New England area. He is a trustee of two real estate investment trusts and since 1998 has been the President of TREC, LLC, an active commercial real estate company. He is a co-founder of Commonwealth National Bank, based in Worcester Ma, and currently serves on the bank\'s Board of Directors. Mr. Rich is a 1978 graduate of Boston College, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Operations Management. He is currently an active advisor within the construction equipment and real-estate industry and is the President of the Ocean II Condo association in Sunny Isles, Florida, where he resides.

His family presence in the development field has proven to be a true asset to the NEDI team as Gavin has brought a development mindset and knowledge base to all of our Retail, Restaurant clients. Gavin is also the president of Durni Companies LLC, a Real Estate and Internet investment holding company founded in December 2006.
Description: Nikki Stalling has over two years in Boston Real Estate experience in addition to her background of interior decorating and exploration of the real estate market internationally in Italy and Greece as well as New York, and Miami for prestigious clientele. She has since graduated with a degree in psychology, and continues to use her experiences abroad to comprehend client needs in sales, rentals and interior decoration to complete the package for each client’s individual needs.
