Whitney Woods, Northborough, MA (Subdivision) Acquired land, engineered and subdivided the land, gained all approvals and built out in approximate two year time frame.All of the houses were four bedroom move-up layouts with customized in-house designs. Care was taken in layout of lots to preserve trees to give them a mature setting.
