Basilica Court

Notes : Propsal calls for the demolition of St. Alphonsus Hall and the convent and the renovation of the former Mission School for the provision of 229 residential units in three buildings.

 

Mass Mental Health Center Redevelopment

Developer : Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc.
Notes : Project calls for 4 new buildings on 3 parcels in 3 phases: 42 bed transitional shelter program, 56,540sf of clinical and office space, 136 units, (66 affordable rentals and 70 condos) and a new, 358,670 R+D, clinical and office building.

 

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy- Huntington Ave

Developer : Massachusetts College of Pharmacy
Notes : MCP seeks to develop an academic building consisting of six stories plus a basement for an auditorium.

Wensley Heights Condominium Project

Notes : Phase 1 of the proposed 117-127 Heath St Project, AKA, "Eblana Brewery Project". A new construction of 21 residential condominum units, 27 parking spaces and related site improvements.

 

Wentworth IMP

Notes : Wentworth is proposing a new 10-year IMP with campus goals and objectives as well as 4 proposed projects: 46,000 Student Center, new student residence, 40,000 academic addition and a 400 space parking structure.
