Boston Tea Party Ship and Museum

Notes : The Boston Tea Party Ship Inc. proposes to replace and expand current facility for a total of 18,900 sf, adding an expansion barge into harbor, year-round use of the facility and increased public amenities.

 

Channel Wharf

Notes : Proposed project calls for 45 units of housing and 68 parking spaces.

 

Congress Street Hotel

Notes : Proposal for a 24 story hotel w/ 505 rooms and on site parking for 150 cars and approximately 9,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space.

 

Distillery Project

Notes : The project contains approximately 65 residential units, including a mix of artist live/work, loft-style and conventional units, 147 parking spaces, an art gallery, greenhouse, and small scale retail space. Existing Distillery building will be preserved.

 

Emerald Court

Notes : Proposal for approximately 245 residential condominium units and approximately 3,600 square feet of retail space with associated parking located between D Street, C Street, West First Street and West Second Street.

 

Fan Pier

Developer : The Fallon Company
Notes : Fan Pier includes 2.9 million SF mixed-use project: Phase I office building (Parcel F) is currently under construction, totalling 18 stories and 493,000sf. Institute of Contemporary Art was completed in 2006.

 

Jimmy's Harborside

 

Leachmore Point -- Eleven West Broadway

Status : Board Approved

Notes : This project consist 64 residential units including 4,700sf first floor retail with 69 interior parking spaces located underneath the building.

 

Old Colony Phase I

Status : Board Approved
Developer : Boston Housing Authority
Notes : Proposal calls for the construction of 116 housing units in a mid-rise residential building, four groups of townhouses for 34 units and a 10,000sf community center.

 

Pier 4

Status : Board Approved
Developer : New England Development
Notes : Mixed-use devlopment on South Boston waterfront consisting of three new buildings with 385,000 sq. feet of office space, 200-250 hotel rooms, approximately 200 housing units as well as retail, open space and parking.

 

Residences at 371-401 D Street

Developer : Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.
Notes : The proposed development consists of 585 residential condominium units in 4 buildings with approximately 724 parking spaces on D Street in South Boston.

 

Seaport Square

Notes : 6.5 Million Square feet fo development consisting of 2.5 million residential, 1.5 million of new office, two hotels, a cultural and educational center and 1.5 million square feet of multi-level retail, restaurant and entertainment.

 

Seaport Square - Parcel A

Notes : The Proposed Project’s total gross floor area is approximately 81,600 square feet, and includes 27,200 square feet of retail space, 34 residential units and 31 below grade parking spaces, as well as a link to two existing Harborwalk segments.

Notes : 300-room hotel, 47,000sf grocery store, 150,000 retail anchor and 490 parking spaces

 

Waterside Place - Phase I
