Notes : Proposed project includes an adaptive reuse and rehabilitation of the existing Concord Baptist Church, which will include approximately 9 residential units and 21 below grade parking spaces.

 

275 Albany Street

Notes : Project calls for the redevelopment of the former Teradyne parking lot into a 265,000sf hotel complex and parking for 110 vehicles.

 

5-10 St. George Street

Notes : The proposed project includes 33 residential units and approximately 22 underground parking spaces.

 

BioSquare I - NPC - Master Plan Amendment

Status : Board Approved
Developer : University Associates
Notes : Subdivision of Parcel to transfer land area to Phase II, reduce parcel to 5.2 acres, delete hotel (166,000 sf), add 39,000 sf office/research. P.H at 12/18/03 Board Meeting.

 

BUMC IMP and Energy Facility

Status : Under Review
Developer : BU Medical Center
Notes : BUMC submitted a new 10-year IMP and PNF for a new 48,000 SF Engergy Facility. There are two other projects listed in the IMP including an Admin/clinical builidng and a new inpatient builidng.

 

BUMC- New Ambulatory Care Center

Status : Board Approved
Developer : BU Medical Center
Notes : 245,000 SF will allow the relocation and consolidation of serveral outpatient services currently located in BMCs Doctor's Office Building, Dowling, Yawkey and other BMC campus outpatient buildings.

 

Castle Square

Notes : Rehabilitation of the existing 500 units at Castle Square.

 

Columbus Center
